Terry Kass is a well-respected apartment broker, property manager, and speaker in the Phoenix metro area. With over 25 years of experience and more than 500 multifamily and commercial real estate transactions, he provides valuable strategies and insights to his clients and partners. Terry is also a published author, with his book, Real Estate Stories, Gonzo Management, humorously details his adventures managing apartment complexes. 

He holds the CCIM and CPM designations and earned a BS in Marketing from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Terry has also taught marketing and real estate as an adjunct professor at Scottsdale Community College and has shared his expertise as a panelist at various industry events.
