Kimberly started with R.O.I. Properties in 2003, when the company first formed. Having worn several hats during the startup phase, she found her niche in property management where she excelled at maintaining clients’ assets and delivering a value-added product that contributed to successful sales.

After serving in the U.S. Marine Corps, Kimberly had gravitated towards the construction industry. Her subsequent 20+ years in real estate and construction have included home-building, utility scale solar, and general commercial construction. The skills she acquired along the way transfer seamlessly to property management—particularly her ability to understand and communicate client and tenant needs.

As a licensed real estate agent, Kimberly has negotiated numerous sales and leases, and her knowledge of Phoenix and its surrounding areas are a significant source of value for the R.O.I. team.
