The California Receivers Forum

The California Receivers Forum is a statewide 501 (c)(6) non-profit mutual benefit organization “created to promote professionalism and the ethical administration of receivership practice.”

Services range from providing educational resources and tools, furthering discussion on issues that are important to the work of court receivers, and distributing information and articles useful to their members. CRF was established by active court receivers, real estate brokers, attorneys, accountants, property managers, and other insolvency professionals with support from the Los Angeles Superior Court, to “address the needs and concerns of receivers, to facilitate communication between the receivership community and the courts, and to assist in raising the level of professionalism of receivers throughout the state.”

CRF has local affiliates in the San Francisco Bay Area, Central California, Los Angeles and Orange County, the Sacramento Valley, and San Diego.
