The project is being developed by Trellis Realty, LLC, which is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1975. Their mission is making stable homes and communities possible through educating, building, lending; providing home ownership counseling and financial access regardless of income, education or background. They make the dream of home ownership a reality for many individuals and families across Arizona.
