Phil has held a Real Estate License in Arizona since 2002 and a Broker’s License since 2010. He has been involved in both Commercial and Residential real estate acquisitions and dispositions, in addition to Property Management oversight during this time. He has assisted multiple buyers and sellers in all aspects of real estate transactions.

Phil has over 30 years’ experience in Business Management, which include the Real Estate, Golf and Landscaping Industries. He has served as a General Manager and Regional Manager for two large golf management companies and one commercial landscaping company in Arizona. Throughout his career he has been responsible for managing assets valued at over 50 million dollars, budgets of over thirty million dollars and staffs of over three hundred employees at one time.

Phil has extensive experience in Real Estate Sales, Landscape Management & Maintenance, Commercial Property Management, Capital Improvement Projects, Sales Management and Marketing Management.

Phil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Western Governors University. He is also a Certified Organizational Leader and a Certified Sustainable Landscape Manager. In his spare time, he enjoys paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, physical fitness and dabbling in the stock market.
