Ryan Kahle serves as the Operations Administrator at R.O.I. Properties, overseeing the firm’s operational infrastructure and administrative functions to support both its residential and commercial real estate divisions. Working closely with executive leadership, he develops and maintains operational processes, manages organizational workflows, coordinates technology and vendor relationships, and provides oversight of critical internal systems that help ensure the brokerage operates efficiently. In addition to his operational leadership, Ryan oversees the firm’s day-to-day administrative and human resources functions, supporting employee initiatives and organizational operations across the company.
