Jill Yen is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona and a Vice President in the Commercial Division of R.O.I. Properties. Prior to entering real estate, Jill practiced law at a full-service law firm, where she counseled business clients and reviewed, drafted, and negotiated transactional documents across a variety of commercial contexts. She studied journalism and design as an undergraduate at UCLA and the University of Washington, earned her law degree with honors from the University of Washington, and later received a Master of Real Estate Development degree with honors from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.

Jill represents clients in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, with a strong focus on helping companies, investors, and business owners navigate the Greater Phoenix market. Her clients have included China Trust Bank, Evergreen Logistics, Rayzher, Wholetech, Li Jie Industrial, CYH Technology, Welmade, Topco Scientific, Scientech, CT-Tech, Prosol, DirectlyTek, All Ring, Long Long Clean Room Technology, and UG Tea. She has assisted clients with leasing and purchasing a broad range of property types, including vacant land, office, retail, industrial, and residential properties.

She understands that real estate decisions often involve not only price, but also contract structure, timing, contingencies, due diligence, zoning, and operational needs. As an immigrant who has lived in the United States for more than 45 years, Jill understands both American business culture and the cultural and language barriers that many newcomers and international investors face. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, she combines strong English communication skills with legal training, real estate development knowledge, transactional experience, and Taiwanese cultural understanding. This combination allows her to serve as a trusted bridge for clients doing business in Arizona, particularly those entering or expanding within the Phoenix market.

Her volunteer work has included raising puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, leading a Girl Scout Brownie troop, serving as a court-appointed special advocate for foster youth, mentoring young women through Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, teaching Mandarin Chinese at Mesa Community College, tutoring children from low-income families, and helping refugees adjust to life in a new country. She currently serves as a board member of the Taiwanese American Chamber of Commerce of Greater Phoenix.

Jill is married to an Interventional Radiologist who works with some of the largest hospital systems in Arizona, maintains a thriving private practice, and trains University of Arizona medical students and residents. Together, they have 2 adult children, and enjoy traveling, hiking, and exploring the outdoors throughout Arizona and beyond.
