Commercial Associate
Before joining R.O.I. Properties, Frankie built an extensive background in restaurant operations and management, overseeing teams, procurement, inventory, and day-to-day business performance. He currently serves as Project Manager for the development of a new restaurant concept, coordinating construction, design, procurement, vendor relationships, and project execution from initial planning through completion. At R.O.I. Properties, he assists clients with market research, financial analysis, property valuation, tenant representation, and retail site selection, including Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) analyses, comparable market research, rent roll and NOI analysis, pro forma modeling, and demographic research. Having worked in both business operations and commercial real estate, Frankie understands that a successful transaction is not simply about buying or leasing space. It’s about helping businesses thrive.
Frankie graduated from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, earning degrees in Entrepreneurship, Finance, Business Law, Supply Chain Management, and Real Estate, along with a Certificate in International Business Studies. He also studied internationally at Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy, and Singapore Management University, broadening his global business perspective and strengthening his cross-cultural communication skills. With a Chinese and Vietnamese family background, Frankie enjoys working with entrepreneurs, restaurant operators, and investors from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. He is committed to building lasting relationships by providing thoughtful guidance, responsive communication, and market-driven solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
