Dana serves as Vice President of the Residential Division of R.O.I. Properties, where she manages, oversees, trains and supports the Residential Team in providing exceptional client service and maximizing the value of residential real estate assets. She leads employee development and training and oversees the development, implementation and refinement of operational systems, standard operating procedures and technology platforms, including customer relationship management systems, to enhance efficiency, consistency and accountability across the Residential Division. Additionally, she manages a high volume of complex and contentious residential assignments as a listing agent, including Special Real Estate Commissioner appointments and other court ordered matters, ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements, court directives and fiduciary obligations while coordinating with clients, agents, brokers, attorneys, judges and other parties to the proceedings. Her responsibilities include valuing, positioning, marketing, managing and selling residential properties with the objective of achieving the highest and best pricing within the requirements of each assignment.
