Carla Gonzalez is the Bookkeeper for ROI Asset Management Solutions, where she supports the day-to-day accounting functions of ROI’s property management division. She earned a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, while being a student-athlete. Carla brings a broad range of experience from roles in public accounting, tech, and real estate. She is committed to improving operational efficiency with a strong focus on understanding the business impact of each transaction.

Outside the office, Carla dedicates her time to training for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics. She represents her native country, Venezuela, and has competed internationally for more than a decade.
