Michael Lagazo has held leadership roles at leading, global, publicly traded REITs such as Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, Brookfield Properties, investment firms like DivcoWest, and premier hospitality operator, Four Seasons, providing landlord services and tenant representation. Michael has practiced in Southern California and Southern Arizona for over 16 years.

Michael is regarded as a well-rounded real estate specialist focusing on complex transactions with both institutional and private clients. Over the course of his career, Michael has completed over 700 transactions in an array of leasing projects and dispositions. In recent years he has worked in dual roles as a commercial agent with SVN out of San Diego as well as the in-house real estate representative with specialty grocer, Aldi, working on their roll-out in Southern California. Michael later joined SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest real estate services specializing exclusively in retail providing tenant services for brands like Walgreens, United Oil, Burger King, and Raising Cane’s. Michael recently oversaw corporate development of the Western U.S. portfolio of Little Caesars. His network includes some of the most influential developers and real estate brokers in the market.

Michael has served as chair for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in Southern California and in San Diego. Michael is licensed in California and Arizona and is a member of the San Diego and Phoenix Realtors Associations. Michael received an MBA as well as a Dual BS in Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix in San Diego, CA after serving in the U.S. Army.
