During his tenure at R.O.I. Properties, Justin Cirell has advised on, and managed, over 500 transactions and market analyses, across a range of asset classes including: Office, Industrial, Retail, Multi-family, and Residential assets, as well as Vacant lots and Land. He previously served as a project attorney and tax consultant. This combined experience positions Justin to analyze diverse types of data sets, and identify practical use, redevelopment, and revitalization alternatives for R.O.I.’s clients.
Justin applies his analytical skills while combing through staggering amounts of raw data before locking in on value, which is a sum of many aspects such as identification of the target Buyer; current and potential use; financial viability, and supply and demand for a particular product type. Justin ties up the raw data into comprehensive analyses, resulting in powerful tools illustrating not only a property’s value, but how that value is derived, and compiles same into a simplified and organized report.
Justin is a skilled broker, expertly positioning properties for sale, strategically identifying the target buyers for a given property, and meaningfully negotiating a win-win transaction while providing clients with the utmost protection.
Justin graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Management, and he earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law. He holds an Arizona real estate license and is a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
