Vice President - Commercial Division
During his tenure with R.O.I. Properties, Justin Cirell has brokered more than 65 transactions—valued at over $35 million—including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, land, and special use deals. He leads the Commercial Division with the mission of delivering a consistently high level of service for the firm’s clients, including national and regional banks, Chapter 7 & 11 bankruptcy trustees, fiduciaries, receivers, and private buyers and sellers. Whether creating broker price opinions and marketing packages for investment listings or representing investors, owner-users or tenants in a purchase, his strategically minded team is focused on maximizing value, negotiating aggressively and proactively managing transactions through a successful close.
In addition to years of experience in commercial real estate, Justin’s background as a project attorney and tax consultant makes him uniquely qualified to handle deals with a strong legal overlay, by drafting specialized contracts, counter offers and addenda to satisfy the requirements of each client.
After graduating cum laude from University of Arizona with a B.S. in Business Management, Justin earned his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was the associate editor of The Gonzaga Journal of International Law. In addition to holding his Arizona Department of Real Estate Sales Agent License, he is admitted by the Supreme Court of Arizona and a member of the State Bar of Arizona.
