Jill is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Arizona. Her previous work experience includes practicing law as an attorney in a full-service law firm where she counseled business clients and reviewed, drafted, and negotiated transactional documents in a variety of commercial contexts. Jill majored in journalism and design as an undergraduate student at UCLA and the University of Washington and received her law degree with honors from the University of Washington. She is also a graduate of Arizona State University, earning a master’s degree with honors in Real Estate Development from the W.P. Carey School of Business.

As an immigrant who understands the cultural and language barriers a newcomer to America oftentime encounters, Jill is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and hopes to combine bilingualism with her legal experience and knowledge in commercial real estate development to help clients achieve their objectives. She handles both residential and commercial transactions at R.O.I. Properties, and leverages the brokerage firm’s full-service capabilities (such as property management and investment advisory) to provide concierge-like personal attention to meet each client’s unique situation.

An Arizona resident since 2010, Jill is passionate about giving back to the community. Her volunteer activities have included raising puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind, leading a Girl Scout “Brownie” troop, acting as a court-appointed special advocate for foster youths, mentoring young women in Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, teaching Mandarin Chinese at Mesa Community College, tutoring children from low-income families, and helping refugees adjust to life in a new country. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and listening to podcasts.

Jill (“吉兒”) 是亞利桑那州的持牌房地產經紀人。她之前的工作經驗包括在西雅圖一家有50名律師規模的法律事務所擔任律師，為客戶提供各種商業交易咨詢。吉兒有新聞編輯係的學士學位，以優異成績從華盛頓州立大學獲得法學博士學位，近期還從亞利桑那州立大學的W.P. Carey商學院拿到房地產開發碩士學位。

因爲吉兒出生在台灣，從小隨家庭移民到美國西海岸，所以深知新移民在美國常遇到的文化和語言障礙。她希望結合雙語能力、法律經驗和房地產開發知識來幫助客戶實現在亞利桑那州置產的目標與獨特需求。她在R.O.I. Properties處理住宅和商業地產交易，並運用該經紀公司全方位服務的能力 (如物業管理和投資咨詢) 為每位客戶提供賓至如歸般的個人關注。

自2010年以來，吉兒和她的家人一直是鳳凰城的居民。她非常熱衷於回饋社會。她的志工活動包括為導盲犬協會培養幼犬，領導女童軍“Brownie”小隊，擔任法庭指定的寄養青年特別倡導者，在美國大兄大姐協會裏指導青少年，在Mesa社區大學辦的中文學校教授國語，為低收入家庭的學齡孩童做課業輔導，以及幫助從各世界地區來到美國的難民適應新生活環境。吉兒有廣汎的嗜好如旅游、健行，打匹克球和聽啓發性質的播客。

吉兒目前擔任大鳳凰城台美商會的董事會成員之一。
