President and Designated Broker
Beth Jo Zeitzer is the President and Designated Broker of R.O.I. Properties, a full-service real estate advisory and brokerage firm based in Phoenix. Under the R.O.I. brand, Beth Jo serves municipalities, the State of Arizona, public school districts, universities, non-profit organizations, and private entities, serving as their broker and providing research, strategic analysis, and programmatic needs. Additionally, Ms. Zeitzer represents builders, developers, redevelopers, attorneys, trustees, lenders, fiduciaries, and investors, in the disposition, acquisition, and lease of all asset classes, including: Office, Industrial, Retail, Multi-family, and Residential assets, as well as Vacant lots and Land.
Prior to founding R.O.I., Beth Jo served as the Director of Commercial Properties at Del Webb Corporation. She managed a $96 million, 600-acre commercial property portfolio that included: neighborhood and regional retail centers, corporate, medical and professional offices, business parks, light industrial space, and public use and multi-family properties. She supervised all phases of commercial development including planning, entitlement, infrastructure delivery, budgeting and financial oversight, marketing analysis, sales and marketing, contract negotiation, design review, and construction monitoring. Beth Jo also developed and implemented the strategic plan for all commercial properties, which involved the vision, project positioning, budgets, and marketing/image planning.
Within the industry, Beth Jo is a highly regarded speaker on the topics of local, regional, and national real estate markets for various trade organizations, lender organizations, and law firms in the Greater Phoenix Area. Beth Jo’s professional organizational involvement includes serving as a director for APLA (Arizona Private Lenders Association), Real Estate Special Commissioner (Judicial Branch of Arizona, Maricopa County), Past-President of AZCREW (Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women), and Past-President of TMA (Turnaround Management Association). Ms. Zeitzer is a member of the Arizona Bankers Association, Arizona Trustee Association, Valley Partnership, Lambda Alpha, Urban Land Institute, California Receivers Forum, the Arizona Credit Union Collectors Council, and the Risk Management Association.
Beth Jo has resided in Arizona since 1971, and is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.A. in General Studies (with Real Estate and Marketing emphasis) and the University of San Diego Law School, where she was the Research Editor of the Law Review, and the recipient of the Hahn Award for Excellence in Real Estate. Beth Jo is a licensed attorney in the states of Arizona and California, as well as a licensed real estate Broker in Arizona.
