Beth Jo is truly an expert in real estate transactions. She help me define my search, determine the true value of the property I was interested in, negotiate a contract, conduct an inspection, obtain various bids to correct deficiencies prior to move-in and close my transaction in 20 days.

We had a very, very complex transaction, coupled by the fact that we were out of state during the majority of escrow...but because we were working with Justin Cirell it went so smoothly. There are many things about our transaction that he handled very carefully and flawlessly I could just go on and on.
