The entire transaction was done by email and phone. During the time I was negotiating a lease with new prospective tenant, we went to Europe on vacation. Jason Butler and Ben Jones handled everything very smoothly, kept me informed, and worked with me even though there was 7 hour time difference. Weekdays, weekends, they were there for me.
