Beth Jo and her team were so professional and hard working in the sale of our home. It was a court ordered sale and one party was not as motivated to work with R.O.I. or the other party. As a result the sale turned short sale and drew on for a long time. R.O.I. remained on task; the team worked very hard facilitating all of the extra paperwork to the lender and the court.
