Tim is a seasoned real estate professional with 30+ years of experience spanning all asset classes and every phase of the development lifecycle. He is the Co-Founder, President, and Director of Development at Hawkeye Development, a Phoenix-based firm specializing in project management, site selection, entitlements, and owner’s representation.

His background includes leadership roles at Wadsworth Development Group, SimonCRE, and Forest City Realty Trust, where he oversaw large-scale projects nationwide from concept to completion. An Iowa native, Tim holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa and relocated to Arizona in 2017.
