The advice I received from setting the listing price through the sale negotiations, though not always what I thought I would be happy with, turned out to be what was needed to make the buyers happy, as well as myself. Selling a home can be a very emotional experience and it was great to have an agent who understood that, but helped me make the decisions necessary to make the deal and feel confident about it afterwards.
