Ryan Kahle serves as the Operations Manager at R.O.I. Properties, overseeing the firm’s operational infrastructure and administrative functions in support of its residential and commercial real estate divisions. Working closely with executive leadership and the Controller, he manages and improves internal processes, coordinates cross-departmental initiatives, and helps ensure the brokerage operates efficiently and effectively.

Ryan oversees key areas of the company’s operations, including human resources administration, employee benefits, licensing and regulatory compliance, technology and IT vendor management, insurance coordination, and office operations. He also supports financial and commission reporting, manages operational logistics, and works closely with the Commercial, Residential, and Marketing teams to coordinate projects, streamline workflows, and keep priorities on track.

With a focus on process improvement, organizational efficiency, and collaboration, Ryan plays an integral role in strengthening R.O.I. Properties’ internal operations, supporting its agents and employees, and advancing the firm’s continued growth and commitment to exceptional client service.
