Kim works in our commercial real estate division and specializes in investment sales with a focus on NNN leased investments and sale leasebacks of commercial properties. Kim has 9 years of experience in commercial real estate in the areas of brokerage, legal, land use, due diligence and entitlements and practiced law previously in Texas for seven years representing employers in ERISA, employment, workers’ compensation, and corporate law.
Kim has experience in brokering land deals and taking the transaction through all phases of purchase, entitlements, due diligence and development. She also has a breadth of experience in tenant representation including site selection and negotiation of LOI and lease terms. Additionally, Kim has brokered commercial land and building sales representing both seller and purchaser and has transactional experience in the negotiation of purchase agreements and has represented parties in the closing of $40,000,000 in transactions.
Kim also served as Deputy Commissioner and worked in the Commercial Sales and Leasing Section of the Arizona State Land Department for two years prior to returning to commercial brokerage in the private sector.
Kim has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Southern Methodist University, where she attended as a President’s Scholar and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law. She lives in Phoenix with her husband, Will and their two sons, Jake and Brendan, and enjoys hiking with her family and their three dogs.
